Summary

Aishwarya Salimath, also known professionally as Aishwarya Vinay, is a Kannada television actress known for her roles in serials such as Agnisakshi and Ramachaari. Born on 25 March 1995 in Dharwad, she completed her schooling at St. Joseph's High School, studied at JSS College Dharwad, and later attended K.H. Kabbur Institute of Engineering (Polytechnic).

Aishwarya began her television career with the Kannada serial Mahasati on Udaya TV. She later appeared in several popular Kannada serials including Sarayu, Ananthini, Agnisakshi, Sevanthi, and Ramachaari. In addition to Kannada television, she also played a lead role in the Tamil serial Uyire, demonstrating her versatility across regional television industries.

One of her best-known roles was Tanu in Agnisakshi. The long-running Colors Kannada serial featured Aishwarya as the younger sister of the protagonist Sannidhi and later the wife of Akhil. The role significantly increased her popularity among Kannada television audiences.

In Ramachaari (2022), she portrayed Vaishaka, the second sister-in-law of the title character. Her performance further strengthened her presence in Kannada television and introduced her to a newer generation of viewers.

On the personal front, Aishwarya married fellow television actor Vinay UJ on 19 May 2022 after several years of friendship and a long-term relationship that began when they met on the sets of Mahasati in 2016. After marriage, she adopted the professional name Aishwarya Vinay and publicly shared her happiness about adding her husband's surname to her social media profiles.

In late 2025, Aishwarya and Vinay became parents to twins. She has since spoken about embracing motherhood and balancing family life with her career.
