Please read these terms carefully before using the Filmycast directory and platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Filmycast platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. User Accounts & Profiles
When you create an account or a talent profile on our platform, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
- Impersonation: You may not use the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not lawfully available for use, with the intent to impersonate that person.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- Profile Ownership: If you are claiming a profile created by the community, you may be required to verify your identity.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You retain all of your ownership rights to your Content, but by posting it to Filmycast, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that Content in connection with the service.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the platform in any medium, including automated "scraping".
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform.
- Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the platform.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Filmycast makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
