Suman Gupta is an Indian actress who has worked predominantly in Hindi television and film. Born on April 28, 1994, she began her screen career in the early 2010s and has built a varied portfolio that includes television dramas, mythological and historical series, films, and other screen projects. Her earlier credits include Ek Ghar Banaunga (2013), where she played Kiran, and M3 – Midsummer Midnight Mumbai (2014), in which she appeared as ACP Priyanka. She also worked behind the camera as a costume designer on Mere Angne Mein (2015).
Suman became particularly associated with historical and mythological television dramas. She portrayed Rani Taramati in Karmaphal Daata Shani (2016), followed by Maharani Gandhari in Karn Sangini (2018–2019). Her performance as Gandhari placed her in the central Mahabharata storyline alongside characters such as Dhritarashtra, Kunti, Karn and the Pandavas. Karn Sangini ran for a single season and featured Suman across the majority of its episodes.
She continued working in mythological productions in the 2020s, appearing as Devaki in Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala (2022) and Yashoda in Lakshmi Narayan – Sukh Samarthya Santulan (2024). She also appeared as Devi Aryamba in Aadi Shankaracharya (2024). Her more recent screen credits include Lakshmi Niwas (2026), where she plays Aishwarya, marking her continued presence in Hindi television.
