Sangeetha first came into the limelight in 2014 when she became a finalist at the Femina Miss India beauty pageant and later emerged as the runner-up at the World Supermodel Pageant. Her achievements in modeling opened opportunities in the entertainment industry, leading to appearances in short films and television shows. She made her acting debut in 2016 with the Kannada mythological television serial Hara Hara Mahadeva, where she portrayed the role of Sati. She appeared in Marigold in 2024 and was later announced as part of the upcoming comedy-drama Padmanabha and Family in 2026.
