Neetha gained popularity through television serials like Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan, Mamta, Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, and Kahiin To Hoga. Over the years, she appeared in a wide range of genres, including drama, thriller, mythology, and crime series. She also played multiple episodic roles in long-running shows such as C.I.D., Savdhaan India, and Laal Ishq. Her versatility allowed her to portray both positive and negative characters across television productions.

Apart from television, Neetha expanded into films and digital entertainment. She made a special appearance in the Bollywood film No Entry and later appeared in movies such as Saansein, Fugay, and Tula Kalnar Nahi. In 2018, she gained additional attention through the ALTBalaji web series Gandii Baat, where she played the character Gunja. She has also featured in music videos including Rangreziya by Javed Ali.
