She first became widely known through her humorous YouTube content, particularly the Dhethadi series, where her Telangana-style comedy and relatable presentation helped her build a large online following. Her popularity on digital platforms eventually opened the way for opportunities in television, films and brand collaborations.

Harika made her screen debut with the Tamil film Adithya Varma (2019), appearing as a nurse, before entering the Bigg Boss Telugu Season 4 house in 2020.
