Adaa Khan

Her early breakthrough came through Behenein, where she played Aakashi Shastri, followed by a leading role in Amrit Manthan as Princess Amrit Kaur Sodhi. Over the years, she appeared in several episodic and reality shows, including Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, Comedy Nights Bachao, and Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki. However, her biggest success arrived in 2015 when she portrayed the iconic shape-shifting serpent Shesha in Naagin. The character became one of the most recognized supernatural roles on Indian television, and Adaa reprised the role in multiple seasons and special episodes of the franchise.

Apart from fiction shows, Adaa also participated in the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 in 2020. She expanded her work into web series and music videos, appearing in projects such as Ratri Ke Yatri, Hasratein, and several music singles including Jugni and Mohabbat Phir Ho Jayegi.

Adaa Khan has received recognition for her performances, especially for her negative and supernatural roles. She won appreciation through awards such as the Gold Awards and Indian Television Academy Awards for her portrayal of Shesha in Naagin.
