Wencita Dias is an Indian actress, model, beauty pageant winner, TEDx speaker, and entrepreneur from Mangaluru, Karnataka. She first gained prominence in the world of pageantry after winning the Miss Teen Karnataka 2019 title, which earned her the opportunity to represent India at the international Miss Teen World Super Model competition in Bangkok, Thailand. Her outstanding performance on the global stage culminated in her being crowned Miss Teen World Super Model Global, establishing her as an internationally recognized model and beauty queen.

Beyond pageantry, Wencita has built a multifaceted career spanning acting, public speaking, and mentoring. She is the founder of Wenz Modelling Academy, Mangaluru's first dedicated modelling academy, where she mentors aspiring models and beauty pageant contestants.
