Shagun Sharma is an Indian television actress from Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, known for her work in Hindi television and digital productions. She began her acting career in 2015 with Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan, playing Sanjana Kapoor, and subsequently appeared in supporting and parallel-lead roles across several popular Hindi shows.

Her breakthrough came with Ishk Par Zor Nahi (2021), where she played Sonali “Sonu” Malhotra. She followed this with the lead role of Titli/Tanya Awasthi in Sasural Genda Phool 2 and later played Mohini Vijayan Chaudhary in Harphoul Mohini. Her other television credits include Tu Aashiqui, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3 and Yeh Hai Chahatein, where she portrayed Kashvi opposite Pravisht Mishra.

Sharma has also worked in short films and digital productions. Her short film Mera Number Kab Aayega, in which she played Varsha, was selected for multiple film festivals and reportedly received more than 25 awards. Her other credits include Dating Siyapaa, Every Indian Wedding, My Real Dad and Sonna Puriyathu.

In 2025, Sharma took on one of the most prominent roles of her career as Paridhi “Pari” Virani in the reboot Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. She played the complex negative character alongside veteran stars Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay. Sharma said that accepting a negative role was not an easy decision because of the risk of being typecast, but the opportunity to work with senior performers and take on a challenging character influenced her choice.

Her portrayal of Pari generated considerable discussion among television audiences, with the character becoming one of the show's major sources of drama. Sharma subsequently exited Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 in July 2026, bringing her stint as Pari to an end.

In 2026, Sharma also entered the reality-TV space as a contestant on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. During the show, she spoke about the challenges of performing stunts and her experiences with fellow contestants.
