Rasha Kirmani is an Indian actress, model, anchor and social-media personality who has worked across fashion, music videos, short films and television. Born on December 28, 1995, she spent part of her early life in Iran and Saudi Arabia before moving to Mumbai to pursue higher education and a career in entertainment. She studied Accounts and Finance at Pillai College of Arts, Commerce & Science and subsequently pursued higher studies in Economics. She also received formal acting training at Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares, combining an academic background with professional preparation for the screen.

Kirmani initially built visibility through modelling, fashion events, dancing and music videos. In 2021, she appeared in Punjabi music videos including Sunn Maahi and Pyaar Hai Mera, gaining attention for her screen presence and establishing herself as a performer beyond the modelling circuit. She also developed a strong digital presence through fashion, lifestyle and entertainment content, and is known for her work as an anchor and influencer. Her interests extend to belly dancing, which has become another part of her public persona and performance repertoire.

A significant early acting milestone came with Jeena Abhi Baaki Hai in 2022, a musical short film presented by filmmaker Imtiaz Ali and directed by Varun Prabhudayal Gupta. The eight-minute film brought together Rasha with actors including Divyanka Tripathi, Anupriya Goenka, Madhurima Tuli, Priya Malik and Vivek Dahiya, and explored stories of women overcoming difficult circumstances. Kirmani's participation gave her an opportunity to move from music videos and modelling into a more character-driven screen performance.

Kirmani subsequently expanded into television with the Telugu mystery-thriller Vikkatakavi, which premiered in November 2024. She played Yashodha in the series, which follows detective Rama Krishna as he investigates a mysterious memory-related illness in the fictional setting of 1970s Amaragiri. The role marked her entry into a prominent Telugu-language scripted production and broadened her work beyond Hindi and Punjabi entertainment. She was also recognized with the Most Promising Artist award at the 5th Bright Awards in 2023. Alongside acting, she has continued developing her presence in modelling, anchoring and digital entertainment, with her social-media platform reaching an audience of more than a million followers.
