Kanika Mann, popularly known as Kannu, is an Indian actress and model who has worked across Hindi television, Punjabi cinema and digital entertainment. Born on October 7, 1993, in Panipat, Haryana, she completed her graduation from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She began her career as a model and appeared in several Punjabi music videos before moving into acting. Her early film work included the Punjabi movie Rocky Mental (2017), followed by her Kannada debut with Brihaspathi in 2018.

Kanika became a widely recognized television actress through Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, where she played Guddan Gupta Jindal, a young woman who unexpectedly becomes the show's central character. The role became a major turning point in her career and earned her recognition at the Zee Rishtey Awards. She later portrayed Guddan's on-screen daughter, Guddan Jindal Birla, continuing the show's central storyline across its later phase.

Alongside television, Kanika continued working in Punjabi films and expanded into web series. She made her digital debut with Roohaniyat in 2022, playing Prisha Srivastava opposite Arjun Bijlani, and reprised the role in its second season. She has also appeared in projects including Majajan Orchestra, Chand Jalne Laga, Rakshak – India's Braves, Flight Attendant and Jombieland. Her participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 showcased a different side of her personality, as she took on physically demanding stunts and reached the finale.
