She later studied at Christ College and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce.
Rachel began her film career in 2019 with the Malayalam film Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu, where she played Zaya opposite Pranav Mohanlal. The same year, she appeared in Oronnonnara Pranayakadha as Amina, establishing herself as a young actress in Malayalam cinema. She later appeared in the Malayalam film Kaaval as Rachel Antony, continuing to take on varied roles in the industry.
Rachel made her Kannada film debut with Love Mocktail 2 (2022), directed by Darling Krishna, in which she played Sihi. The film helped introduce her to Kannada audiences and became an important milestone in her career.
