Mukesh Gowda is an Indian television actor and model from Mysuru, Karnataka, who has worked prominently in both Kannada and Telugu entertainment. Born on November 8, 1994, he began his career as a model and later entered Kannada television. His early acting work included shows such as Nagakannike and Nagamandala, through which he established himself in the Kannada television industry. He also won the Mr. Karnataka title during his modelling career.

Mukesh gained major recognition after moving into Telugu television, particularly with Guppedantha Manasu. He played Rishendra “Rishi” Bhushan, the central male character, alongside Raksha Gowda. The show ran from 2020 to 2024 and became a major turning point in his career, with his portrayal of Rishi earning him a strong following among Telugu television viewers. Mukesh has said that the character's body language, expressions and emotional complexity were important aspects of his performance.

Following his success on television, Mukesh also began moving towards films. In 2023, he was announced as the male lead in Geetha Shankaram, marking his planned transition from television to the big screen.
